To make the Special Cleaning Experience even more relaxing, Dermalogica have added balm mint, a skin soothing extract that cools and lavender, a naturally antiseptic extract helps purify skin.

Special Cleansing Gel has had a formula revision. Modifications include making this best-selling formula paraben-free, as well as updating the surfactant system. Sodium Laureth Sulphate has been replaced with Sodium Lauryl Sulphoacetate which is known as a gentler surfactant due to its larger molecular size.
